We do not offer exchanges or refunds under any circumstances.

By placing an order with us, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

Order Verification & Quality Assurance

  • Each outfit undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch.

  • Product details, sizing, fabric, embellishments, and care instructions are clearly mentioned on our website to help customers make informed purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • In the unlikely event that a wrong or damaged item is received, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographic evidence.

  • After verification, replacement will be arranged at our discretion, subject to product availability.

  • Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Custom, Stitched & Sale Items

  • Custom-made, stitched, bridal, formal, and made-to-measure outfits are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

  • Items purchased on sale or promotion are also final sale.

International Orders

  • All international orders are final and non-returnable.

  • Farhat Jahan Studio is not responsible for customs delays, duties, taxes, or courier-related issues once the order has been dispatched.

Refusal of Delivery

  • If a customer refuses to accept the parcel, the order will be considered closed.

  • No exchange, refund, or store credit will be issued.

Right to Refuse Service

Farhat Jahan Studio reserves the right to decline future orders or limit services in cases of misuse, repeated claims, or policy abuse.
